Booking & Timing

When should I book my Christmas light installation?

As early as you can. Installs begin in mid-October and the calendar is full by mid-November. The earlier you book, the earlier your lights go up.

What date do installs start?

Installs begin in mid-October. You can have your display up and timed weeks before you need it.

How fast will I get my quote?

The same day. Many quotes are built from a few questions and Google Maps, with no site visit.

What happens after I request a quote?

We send your quote the same day. If you want a design visit, our designers meet you at your home or workplace. Approve it, pick your window, and we handle the rest.

What if the weather is bad on install day?

We do not install in rain, hail, sleet, or snow. We reschedule and tell you by text or email.

Do I need to be home for the install?

No, if we can reach your powered outdoor outlets. We text or email you when the crew is done.

Pricing

How much does Christmas light installation cost?

Most displays start around $1,000, and a typical home runs about $1,600. Larger properties cost more. You get one real number for your property before we start.

Is the quote free?

Yes. Quotes are free. Many are done without a site visit, using a few answers and Google Maps.

What does the price cover?

Commercial-grade lights, extension cords, timers, installation, takedown, and storage. You do not provide anything.

What if a light goes out during the season?

Call us. We come back to replace it or adjust it. Your first service calls are free, and our goal is to have someone out within 24 hours.

What's Included

What's included in the service?

All the lights, extension cords, timers, and products. Installation, mid-season fixes, takedown, and storage. You do not provide anything.

Can I use lights I already own?

No. We do not install customer-owned lights. We supply commercial-grade C9 lights so we can stand behind the work. Read the full answer.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. We serve commercial clients and HOA entrances across Cincinnati, the northern suburbs, and Northern Kentucky.

Are you insured?

Yes. Team members carry liability and workers' insurance. See what that means.

Takedown & Storage

When do you take the lights down?

In January. Our goal is to have all lights down by January 21. We email you the approximate takedown day.

Where do my lights go after the season?

We take them down and store them for you until next year. Nothing sits in your garage or attic.

Do I need to be home for takedown?

No, if we can reach your powered outdoor outlets.
