Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026. This policy covers Liberty Christmas Lights.

This policy covers the information we collect through our quote form and website. Questions about a service before you read further? See our FAQ or homepage.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your first name, phone number, street address, and email if you give one. If you call or text us, we keep the number you called from so we can follow up.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your quote, schedule your installation, and provide service during the season. If you become a customer, we keep your display details on file so we can reinstall it next year.

We may send you a reminder when booking opens for the next season. Reply STOP to any text and we stop.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share it with anyone outside our company except the tools we use to run the business, such as scheduling software and website analytics.

How we protect your information

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to quote, schedule, and service your job. We do not store payment card numbers on this website.

SMS / text messaging policy

By providing your phone number on our quote form, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Liberty Christmas Lights. These messages may include quote follow-ups, scheduling updates, weather reschedules, and, only if you separately opted in, promotions and special offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

We will never share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile number to third parties for their marketing purposes. See also the SMS Terms of Service section of our Terms & Conditions.

Your choices

Want your information deleted? Call (513) 466-1749 and ask. We will remove you from our records.
